1. Our position
iptv-ireland-subscription.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States and equivalent copyright law in the United Kingdom and the European Union, including the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790) and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement.
2. Reseller notice
iptv-ireland-subscription.com is a streaming reseller. We do not host or own the copyrighted content delivered through the Service. Where we receive a valid notice, we will forward it to the relevant upstream provider. We provide a media streaming service and technical support only, and brand names and channel logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners, used solely for descriptive purposes.
3. Submitting a notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including your full name and contact details (address, telephone number, and email address).
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
- The exact URL or channel/content identifier where the allegedly infringing material can be located within the Service, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- A good-faith statement that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to act. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within a reasonable time and forward them to the relevant upstream provider referenced in Section 2.
4. Counter-notice policy
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice", including:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate jurisdiction), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notice and to any relevant upstream provider, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Repeat infringers policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, the account of any customer who is found to be a repeat infringer of third-party intellectual property rights, or who is the subject of repeated, valid copyright notices. We may also restrict access to specific content or channels flagged by rights-holders while a notice is reviewed or forwarded upstream.
6. Contact
For all copyright notices, counter-notices, and related questions, email [email protected]. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Compliance page.
